Welcome to the Wolf Lake Onion Days

The 2026 Onion Days Festival will be here before we know it. This year, the dates are July 30th - August 1st. Be sure to come out to support our Vendors and Events. This year's theme is a celebration of America's 250th Birthday, "American as Apple Pie, Celebrating 250 Yrs of Freedom." We take pride in our community and hope to see you this year, celebrating America's birthday!

We continue with our giving back to the community with our yearly progressive euchre tournament where 100% of all money paid to play is donated to a great cause. It's $10.00 to play and it helps our community. Not only do you get to help with a cause, you have the chance to win a $50.00 gift certificate to Marlow's Pizza. Second place gets a $25.00 gift certificate to Marlow's Pizza. So, if you think you have the skills to beat some pretty awesome players, come on down to the VFW on Saturday at 1:00pm to show off those skills. Who says you can't help others while having a great time?

Have you heard of an Onion Derby? No? Well, that's because we made it up. This is a fantastic event to involve the whole family. Essentially, it's a Pine Box Derby, but you must include an Onion in your design. This year, we'll have a double track so that participants can race against one another.

3on3 basketball has returned! If you think your team has what it takes to press the half court and take it all the way, Sign up and show off your skills. Cost is $40 per team. Prize is $50/per player on the winning team. Hope to see you there.

Don't forget about the 5k Color Run. CASH PRIZES! If you think you can outrun that chalk cloud aimed right at you, good luck! We are also looking for volunteers to toss the chalk at the runners. If you can aim and throw with accuracy, or not, come to the race sign up table to volunteer.

BREAKFAST IN THE PARK is offered Saturday morning, starting at 7am. We have a vendor or 2 offering breakfast in the park, or if you are down at the school to look at the tractors, there are a couple vendors selling breakfast down there, as well. Be sure to help support these vendors, as they get up really early to be able to offer breakfast for anyone looking to fill their bellies in the morning.

Just a reminder, there is NO Smoking in the park and unless you have a certified service dog, dogs are not allowed in the park. As much as we love seeing your furbabies, we feel it is best to keep them safe at home. This decision is for the safety of the community, as well as your pet. We hope you understand.

We want to thank all of our donors and sponsors for their donations. Additionally, we would like to thank all who volunteer to coordinate some of our events. We are greatful to all our vendors who come to our festival. With a huge heart of gratitude, we are thankful to our wonderful community, who come out every year to support Onion Days. With your continued support, we can continue growing and offering new ideas for a better festival. Thank You!

2025's Grand Marshals are Kevin & Betsy Marshall!
